I love tacos so much that I wrote a book about them — and the only drink pairing for tacos, in my opinion, is margaritas. The flavor trinity of tart lime, smoky tequila, and sweet triple sec has been a constant on taco Tuesdays at our house for decades. That is, until I started drinking less alcohol. I have always loved a well-crafted margarita, but not the headache that sets in after even a single cocktail.
