There are certain foods I have to check off my list every summer: a snappy hot dog, grilled sweet corn, a BLT sandwich, a perfectly ripe peach, and a Swingle from Steve’s Authentic Key Lime Pie in Brooklyn. The Swingle — a frozen individual Key lime pie on a stick, dipped in chocolate — is a summer delicacy. Key lime pie is already tangy and bright, but freezing it really takes things up a notch. It’s about as refreshing as it gets.
